Hair that is ordered by 5 pm that business day will begin to be processed within 24-48 hours and then shipped out within 3 business days.

Refund Policy

Bossette is pleased to offer a return policy (excluding shipping costs) on unopened hair extensions. We are proud of our luxury virgin hair, however, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We will only accommodate returns and exchanges on orders that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The merchandise must be in the original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee. Hair must be returned within 5 days of receiving purchase in order to receive refund or exchange.
All items purchased on sale are final.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days for card transactions.
