The customer service was amazing as well as the products! I ordered online & picked up the same day. The owner was even kind enough to stay open for a few extra minutes as I traveled through traffic :) I will definitely shop again!

This place is dope. Super easy and convenient to find. Someone promptly answered my calls and the door and were very friendly, the boutique is super cute and has a decent amount of inventory to choose from. Best of all, I got VIP service, the consultant was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. The hair was super soft and looks great. Can't wait for my install.

Ok so boom, my other closure was tore up from the floor up. I was trying to find a quality closure that didn't involve me having to take out a small loan. I tried a company that shall not be named and they wanted almost $300. Then I did a search and found Bossette Hair. Tell me why was their business in my phone when I called? ! It must have been Gawd himself because they were open, welcoming and even gave me a discount. This hair is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and professional. So many varieties of curl patterns and sizes of frontals and closures. If you're still wondering if you should try them, get with the winning team and do it!

I called ahead to make sure they had the hair I needed and was greeted with great customer service, they had the hair in stock, provided me with the name of the person I spoke to and the address. I was able to come in and quickly get what I needed! They provided me with great deals and awesome hospitality. Nothing but great service. And the hair I received was amazing. I purchased my first 613 frontal. The hair was beautiful, shiny, and didn't have a weird smell like some bundles do. They gave me every sale option they had and gave me incentive to return. The hair is durable and the lace is the perfect shade. Loved this company!
